Are you talking an app that for values of cards or keeping track of cards? I use TCGplayer to look up ungraded and eBay last solds for graded values. And I use pokellector to track my master sets

Yeah I would get it graded if it’s clean and can at least get a PSA 9. You can either send it in yourself or even get it graded through GameStop nowadays
