Oh, he's the most fun level there, in my opinion. He is always following you, but when he charges you have to flash to stun. When his eyes aren't glowing (they glow when he charges), don't flash or he'll jumpscare. Also, when you don't move, he's a patient guy, so he'll wait beside you until you move or flash your flashlight.

I played this, and I'm sure that they can hear you sprint, so you have to walk to stay undetected, although the time limit on the items forces you to run everywhere to find them in time. If you plan on messing around and learning the area, walk instead.
