You CAN block Blaze shots with the shield, Paul! You only can't Ghast bombs because they explode on impact.

Yeah, unfortunately blazes can snipe. After being lit on fire one time it took me a while to realize it was a blaze in the distance. If you can see them, they will "fire" at will, so to speak.

Which version of Minecraft do you use? I have tried the seed in both Windows version and Xbox version and there is no Corel reef to be seen anywhere, jav version just crashes constantly so unable to test on there.
