So happy to see people like you hunting in Africa. I don't usually like paid hunters as they are usually trophy hunters, but the way you taught your son to thank the animal for its life made me so happy. You guys also came to Africa on my birthday! I live in South Africa and own a farm. I've just recently bought myself a compound bow and plan on shooting something with it soon! I came close in my homemade hide but couldn't get a shot, so I also understood how difficult it must have been to have a 7 year old in a hide with you! I wish you luck with all your future hunts, and I will follow your journey here on youtube! keep up the vids man! love it!

Absolutely agree that this channel should be way larger than it is. This episode has become one of my favorites as I sit here with maybe a tear or two of remembrance of my Daughters and Sons first animals and now, I also have the memories of my Grandsons first harvests. Pedro, I can tell you that of all your hunting you will cherish those spent with your kids and wife, weather successful or not, the most cherished of them all. Great shot Bruno. So glad that Henco smeared the blood on his face as per our traditions as it is a right of passage and a sign of respect. Hope he had some of the liver as well. My son is now 6 so hoping to go back home soon for him to do his first hunt as well. Pitty your wife dint get her chance. I thought that Sable was a nice size to take with the bow. Great content as ever thanks Pedro. with the Eland in the bag it would be a nice challenge to go after the rest of the Tragelaphus species with the bow.

Me la he tenido que llevar al campo a tirar con la carabina de balines para consolarla ( sin saberlo mamá por supuesto…).
