My Exodus cameras told me this year BUCKS ARE MOVING with the front we had come through that's for sure. October fronts can be the ticket !

Yeah after yesterday I need to go back to the drawing boards. I was taking into account what everyone says about thermals. On one ridge hours after the sun was up my milkweed got pulled down to the bottom even when the STRONG wind was going a different way. Thenast night I was going to hunt a swampy part of our property at the bottom of the ridge. The wind direction changed 3 times on the ridge and even though the predominant wind would have helped the thermals, the pull wasn't strong enough to counteract the swirling. It definitely made me feel like I have no clue how to hunt😂. If I would have just went to the ridge top stand on the other side I guarantee I would have killed a deer. Instead I scared 3 of them and only saw a fawn.

Early on he mentioned seeing a ton of sign, more than he expected. I heard the same thing in one of Dan Infant's videos where a nice buck was killed over a ton of scrapes in September. I've also read several comments with different videos where others are seeing the same. I am also finding tons of scrapes, scrape lines, seeing fighting and rub urinating on my camera over a community scrape, and finding rubs that are very aggressive where big trees are gouged and smaller trees are obliterated. This was in the last two weeks of September. I've not ever found that much sign that early. It's like I jumped in a time machine and went to the last week of October and first week of November. I wonder what is causing this. Surely something is triggering this early aggressive behavior that I've heard several very successful and experienced mature buck hunters make note of this year along with myself and others taking note of the behavior as well.
