I really think that Jeager's service should be money/bitcoins/food/random crap/prereq quest to guarantee whatever boss spawns in your next raid of that map. It's hard enough to find them in a raid to begin with but then you gotta beat all the other people who are trying to kill them 90x each or whatever for the achievement.
