When the halloween update dropped the thuderstruck bears almost have the same amount of health as a regular bear which I find strange bcus the leg bear has an insane amound of health and drops mabye double the cash value of the tbear, but the tbear drops a cursed item sooooooo...

Good question! It could be structed at any server count, but I wouldn't recommend a private server though.

No it doesn't, so it is more of a secret to the server when it is strikes.

I much recommend you to go around and find rainy servers and go looking for it, the method I did in this video only took 12 minutes, which that is quite rare.
