Glad to see your back out and into it. Had to laugh I’ve always been slow at the up and shoot especially when they star to run . I think the deer have got away about 200 times for the four times I’ve managed to get moving deer 😂

Yep I only manage to shoot about half of what I come into contact with, if Im lucky lol, they have good ears, good eyes for movement ,good smell and can run fast. Its hard being on the ball all the time in the bush. often bump into one when we least expect it.

Special place that mate. That track is a very productive part of the block early morning for us, and a great place to sit for a brew in the mid morning sun on the way back down.

@@nzmeateaterI was there in July. Chopper was operating there and the three neighbouring blocks that they own. Took approximately 600 animals but judging by how many we saw in November they barely scratched the surface. They’re a real problem.
