Learned this from watching Edgun Leshiy, these explosive pellets dirty up the barrel very fast so you gotta clean them constantly. also with any new Hatsan airgun you get, try cleaning the barrel of those too, known for having factory gunk inside fresh out the box

Very true. I shoot a Daystate, Umarex, Benjamin and FX all holds true for all makers, accuracy and they dirty up a barrel like no other

True they come all gunked up. He also needs to try shooting at different velocities. Some pellets like to go fast and some like to go slow, My Leshiy 2 can shoot almost at any speed accurately. My impact will only shoot .22 JSBs above 900 fps but below 950fs or it throws flyers,, Slugs I need to shoot above 950 fps even better at above 1000 fps out my impact. So many variables with PCPs and ammo. I also re-pinch my pellets to make sure the skirts are 100% straight when shooting competition targets. Any dent or warpage of the skirt and you will get a flyer.

@@FarmerFpv yeah I needed to shoot theses pellets around 910 out of my Daystate. I shoot the Olympia shot 05 slugs. Just found out about them not long ago. The first non hollow point slug that I’ve found in .22 that is 25 grains and accurate as heck at the higher speeds anywheres above 940fps.

@blockethoutdoors. Most explosive pellets tend to dirty your barrel super quickly. Like within 40 shots or less I believe. That could be the cause of your accuracy issues over time with these type of pellets

For example, using a low velocity airgun, that does between 5-8 FPE, does a tannerite pellet have an equivalent effect as 9-12 FPE on the game, despite the FPS not changing? You sure own a LOT of air rifles. I love my Marauder because it's such a good value and so accurate. I also have a Hajimoto modified Umarex Gauntlet with his dual stage trigger, regulator, and the previous owner put a larger air tank on it, so it has way more shots and looks badass. The Gauntlet is the best $300 gun I've owned. Man, those mice were TOAST !

Try using hollow points and taking the White part of a matchstick and glue it in front of the hollow point pellet and see what happens 💥
