I may have overlooked it, but do you sing your intro song? Also, my big problem is that much of my land is leased, so I have so many limitations as to what I can do management wise.

Looks awesome!!! I hunt in Georgia & we have pigs. Guessing I’ll have to put up a fence. Awesome idea though.

Have you ever added weight to your disc? It will really help with getting a decent amount of tillage from a single pass. Disc's work better when they have weight to keep them in the ground and keep them from dancing around so much in the ground.

Good info, it will be neat to see how it works out this fall.

It would be better hunting to move the tall deer blind to an edge. Also breaking up your large food plots into 3-4 plots will make bucks walk around more.

I'm wondering, those plots are small field size, can you get a manure spreader up there to help build up the soil?

random question, but any update on your parents property you gave them? any cameras set or expected hunts there this year? love the screen idea btw
@HuntinGrounds5 жыл бұрын
Good question. Life happens so they haven’t built yet but we will be clearing the building sight soon and it will probably be a food plot this season until they build. I’ll do a vlog when we do it

I also planted smoke screen a couple weeks ago. Looking forward to seeing the results. Have you used groganix from killer food plots? Good stuff.

Nice! And no I haven’t yet.

Huntin Grounds my understanding of it is that it’ll really help build soil while feeding the plants

Nothing stays standing like switch grass. Best screening you can plant. Especially in northern areas with lots of snow.

Looking great. Can’t wait to see the results. Hope nobody’s cows get loose. Cool drone footage of Journey running along you running the tractor in the food plot. Keep on keeping on and Best of luck always and thanks for sharing your videos.

Love the experimental mindset of "just try it, and see how it turns out!" That's how breakthroughs happen! Good luck!

Pay attention to your screens that have food in them. I would stay away from anything like that for your access screens because you don’t want deer in your screen as you walk into your stands. I put in straight Egyptian wheat for my access screens. Plots look good
@HuntinGrounds5 жыл бұрын
Thanks. I’m not worried. I’ll shoot them if they are in my way to the stand 😂

Have you ever thought of using native grasses as a screen? They tend to stay standing during winter plus u don't Have to keep replanting
@HuntinGrounds5 жыл бұрын
Yeah maybe sometime I’ll try it. This just produces quick results and I like the seed mix. Makes for some good dove hunting too lol
