This song was actually inspired off of a very violent storm that was outside porters house at the time he was in the production if the song.

I imagined the voice giving us the way out of this world, beginning by giving us their light. Then as the voice started getting more and more distorted, they were using their power to make land form to reach a portal far from her and this place. As soon as we got to the portal, the voice was hardly recognizable, but they wanted to say goodbye to us before we eventually departed and ending the world, the voiced thanked us for a great journey through this world and trying to be a great person through and through. I came to tears thinking about this during the song, and cried when it finally ended.
