Man I remember being young like Jordan working on these cars I actually worked with Ashton winger’s dad Gary! On a couple teams Jordan is a natural it comes easy to him not saying it’s easy but he gets it totally 💯 and will only absorb more and more keep him don’t let him go he will be a great crew chief! Get a tire changer and or a shop Rat and let him continue with suspension, motors and complete car prep 🏁 keep check list’s and save all setups and changes good or bad on the laptop!

Agree with the savin' o' the setups. When they get the car home, get it up on scales and either write it down in a notebook or put it on a jump drive. This is Magnolia-604. Agree with the tire changer too. He should be about 6'6" and 310 lbs.

I can understand Joseph's pain as well as everyone else. Sometimes it is the little things that bite us in the tail. Great video, as always! It is so much better watching your videos than Flo Racing. Maybe I just had a bad connection on Saturday night, but it was painful to try to watch. This season has clearly shown that qualifying is of the utmost importance. I know you HTF guys see this and will put 100% in your qualifying efforts. Many of the top programs have run into trouble with that droop rule this year. Is it a matter of different interpretations of the rule?, confusion on where to take the measurements?, or an error in the set-up?. I think Joseph needs a little bit a boost in confidence. We all know he has the skills. Maybe Joseph could get himself a big 604 win to build that confidence up some. Anyway good luck guys I'm pulling for you in whatever you do.

Thought both crews done great. That "Droop" rule is really hitting this year ---- but all in all, Henderson and JJ turned it around into a positive for sure (still believe apologies are in order from comments)! Jesse made his corrections --- *Note: It's really easy to get excited :) ...... Still think he was faster, esp in the slick (he's was tryin' to get "the angle" off with good drive to have the bottom) So, YES --- Jesse done an absolute fantastic job; learning more and more each time out. Gonna be a force to reckon with in ... :) Absolutely love the channel HTF --- Keep doin' what yer doin'! It's AWESOME!!!! Be Safe

Joseph needs to do something different about the starts of the race and the restarts, seems like whoever he starts beside is two or three cars ahead by the time they enter turn one. I'm sure people's going to say well he passes them back, but that's not the point.

I think it's great all the support, I send it too, but also as a racer, their is a mental application which is not being applied, and that's frustrating. Better to run up a bit and risk a wreck than preserve the car. Not in their situation, it's not great running back of the A front of the B, thier hasn't been the improvement we have seen over the last few seasons, its agonising to watch. Setup is miles off, they are not going to move ahead by grinding on it. When you have newer cars and newer parts, you got to make progress, this doesn't seem like that young kid that won the national 100. There needs to be a mentality shift from "that's the way it goes", to it's not good enough, we need to go and work and find a solution". Like a bigher team would.

Just a tip here Guys When you are backing off and gassing it on ENTRY its a pretty good sign you are not looking far enough ahead in the turn and you are adjusting for it! You may not even know you are doing it!

They need to come up with something like mandate specific droop limiters to be used, chain size to be used, max length of chain that can be used, where and how the limiter and chain have to be mounted and leave it at that. Its too hard to keep up with the droop changing every time you make a setup adjustment not to mention you could check it in your pit and it be two inches different where they check it because its usually on dirt or gravel. You would think the people running the these series and shows would be smart enough to figure out a way to make it easier for everyone.

Those little rules will get ya. We worked all night on a car in a rush switching gears in a rear end, we forgot to take the rubbers out of the springs, and got DQ'd after winning. We just totally forgot to take them out. What sucks is that they're legal at another track we run, but not that one.

Good weekend boys, other than the BS with Joseph. Maybe make the car numbers in blue, or a better outline of the numbers. The added blue for Eldora weekend looked cool.
