We moved out of Bannockburn (Elgin Lane) when I returned from music camp (after finishing Mrs. Bandazian (5th grade - she discovered my hearing aid and I learned batteries need to be replaced) and Mrs. Lynch (6 grade). Went to Scarsdale where my life was turned upside down until I had the brains to get back on a better track. But looking through the photos - Irene Gordon (Pyle Rd, we did Easy Bake Oven together), Diane Adair (she was in the newest section of Bannockburn and oozed sweetness), Jordan Lerner and I were the last to be called by Mrs. Jones to raise and lower the flag. Mary Vicenes (we were going to go to Glen Echo but the race riots were in full bloom, so we didn't go). I see Annette Zitver's brother here. Annette lived on the same block as Susan and Sarah Schneiderman (Diane's house was somewhere across the main road? Forgive my spelling ... it has been about 60 years since I really looked into this. Dibsey Mactda, if you ever see this, Burblebauble (that was Dibsey's lovely nickname for me) here. In Peace and thanks for this.
