That breakdown at the end is great. And better live of course. Pau is in full animal mode during that last 30 seconds. Just a blur of hair and arms moving 🤘⚡️

In the second video, from 2017, they give an epic performance of Survive! This is the band's anthem and still remains in the band's regular setlists.

you are certainly in for a treat when you see this live. they _basically_ play it straight live, but it deffo plays "bigger" also, your favorite The Warning song will almost always be the one you listened to most recently.

Watching them perform Survive at the 2017 TEDx University of Nevada is what sold me on The Warning. I think they perform the song in pretty much all the concerts that have been professionally recorded. One of the latest performances being at the 2022 Teatro Metropolitan CDMX concert. It's also a lot of fun to watch them play Survive (yep, their own song) on Rock Band 4 which is the video game that started it all. You can find the video on The Warning KZbin channel. This song is basically the only one that still survives from this album in current The Warning's setlists. They will have to make space for the songs from the upcoming album so I don't know if it will stay that way. Very cool song, works very well on stage! And I confirm that the definitive live version is the one from the 2017 TEDx conference.

Just in case no one has said it yet, the 2017 TEDx version is what you're looking for 😆 ETA: With When I'm Alone being semi-retired (it was played a couple of times on the UK tour when Pau was ill), Survive is the oldest track in their current setlist.

That intro is way cooler in the Ted Talk's and shortly after Dani starts singing Pau breaks a stick you see it fly accross the set to land on a cymbal that Dani hits a moment later to send it flying as she replaces the stick mid beat without missing a beat

‘Free Bird’!! … oh wait, it’s the 21st century, ‘Survive’!!!!!!! 😂 epic fan favorite & still played today (as of April😉) 21st Century Blood indeed 😊. (P.S. keep with the studio versions. Some reactors do both studio/live in one video. Best way for comparison)

You can tell this song was written 10 years too early. Their voices hadn't matured enough to fit this stadium level song. They wrote this too early in their career. They have a habit of doing that.
