They were in IloIlo (a province in Visayas, one of the 3 main islands of the Philippines) and seafood are in abundance. They were eating crabs, shrimps, shellfish, clams, fish, mussells, oysters, etc. Of course with rice. Ken has an allergy to shrimps and doesn't eat mussells.

filipinos love vinegar. for shrimps and crabs we usually eat them with rice and dip them in vinegar with garlic and 🌶️
