Sungjae is the only all rounder I've seen who is excellent in everything he does. There is always something about him that surprise us. If you watch the show 'Master in the house' you'd see a new skill of him per episode. He is weird, exceptionally talented, smart, funny, cute and has a good heart. And that's why I love our maknae!!! Truely represents one in a million!

Changsub was a little bit shy that time because he was still fresh from military and he felt a little pressure because the band is really well known. He's a shy person in front of new people. Also, he was preparing for his musical for the Last Empress that time. It's a nice contrast to Eunkwang because he has really adjusted on the outside world. I love their Naver now contents. Very raw and very heartfelt and the sound is really clear. Naver now sound system is 👍 Ilhoon can even reach Changsub's part. He likes singing the high parts when rappers sings. But he's pretty shy when singing without his members. I like that whenever they are together, they can sing, rap, dance and even act confidently because they are backed by the members' support. Sungjae was supposed to be a rapper vocal for the group. That kid is very talented. On Jibsabu, a variety he was in, he was very quick to learn stuff and very versatile. From singing, comedy, dancing and even sports. He's the youngest there but he really thinks maturely. But a lot of times, the skills he has learned vanishes. He forgets it a week later😅 Mystic Pop up Bar is a really healing drama. They tackle a lot of issues and give people who struggles strength. I think Sungjae accepted that project because he wants to gift a healing content to his fans while he was in the military.

You need to watch BTOB on Yang Nam show. They are really chaotic, and they also reveal many interesting things on this show. They also sang live I'll be your man, it's so funny, even the video of this version has more than 9 million views 🤣🤣

The "uncertainty" you felt might be from the fact it is impromtu. They sang so many other songs in that particular radio show, but greatest thing is that the musical session and Jukjae, who are also the host of the show and currently the top guitar player in SK, are playing by ear. everything is done on the spot.

Sungjae is just an amazing actor, I *highly* recommend checking out Who Are You: School 2015 because that is the role that got Sungjae noticed in the acting industry, he was the second male lead and he ended up getting a best couple award for that show (even though he and the female lead were not actually a couple in the show). He turned down over 20 or 30 offers between 2017 and 2019 because he either a) was busy with BTOB or variety show schedules or b) didn’t like the character they wanted him to play. He chose MPUB after 3 years (Goblin was his last drama in 2017) which filmed from late 2019 to early 2020 and released in May 2020 just after he enlisted because he loved the character and storyline. Sungjae was also in a variety show called “Master in the House” from late 2017 until early 2020. Rumors say that the MPUB creators are talking about a second season but it hasn’t been confirmed.

Lol ilhoon got a taste of his own medicine 😅 when he make song for BTOB like "the feeling" he makes the song so high and he was like "its not my problem, the vocalist will figure it out" haha and yeah ilhoon can sing too sometimes he can even reach a note changsub cant lol and i recommend "friend" its a switch part too...and i think you will love it 😊 its just them in a radio show wearing their PJs lol

Have you heard Eunkwang's aria vocal (opera)? I wonder why Hyunsik is so underrated. You can see just how skilled he is. He’s main vocal material, he can rap well, he’s a main dancer, he does well when he’s center, he writes and composes songs, and he is very humble and gentlemanly. He’s very handsome and has great figure too! Still I rarely see people compliment him.

I think it maybe comes from him? I can't quite figure out if it's a confidence thing. Also I find that it's hard for Baritones (I know that label doesn't do his range any justice) to be lead vocals in a group, Sungjae is an exception to this. Hyunsik seems to enjoy other aspects of music - like playing instruments, composing and lyric writing so maybe he doesn't then feel the need to be the lead for other aspects. He is my ultimate bias 💙 but I try not to appreciate him too much in my reactions in case it gets irritating haha.

Yeah in that band live performance, changsub's throat was not feeling good. He suffered vocal cord nodule at that time, but he eventually overcame it today XD Thanks for your reaction. Always enjoying it!☺☺

I love the OST which Sungjae sang on Mystic Pop Bar❤, i've known him first in kdrama Who are you School 2015. His acting skills there was excellent&my 1st 2nd lead syndrome ever. Then till i watched We got Married w/Joy of Red Velvet,that was the time i just knew he is a BTOB member. I enjoy their young love&good chemistry in that show as if they were real couple. That time i started watching BTOB MVs & live performances & became a melody...He's a good actor,comedian, singer & host. ❤

Yay!!!! I was smiling like a fool the whole time and when you mentioned Actor Yook, YESS! That kid is just amazing. Check out Master in the House any of the episodes from 1-111 if you want a glimpse of how his mind works and how he reacts. I love BTOB but Sungjae I think is the complete package of looks, heart and talent. Well I think all my BTOB boys are but Sungjae is just special to me.

Please do more! and yes, BTOB is a group where you can't help but fall for all of them, BTOB is my bias. Each member has so much to show, they each have different sides to them and the best part is their interactions with each other. You're going to love Mystic Pop-Up, I actually found out about BTOB and Sungjae's relationship after watching his dramas, so I was like ''What! this is the actor in those dramas, no way!" lol. And, I also found out about their OST's that I had liked and listened to a lot before, but never knew it was BTOB. After knowing, it's actually crazy how much presence BTOB has in the field.

aww. i thought you'll react to the vocal line rapping after the rappers sing way back home. that was epic, too. and i'll pray someone will drop the link bcs i'm at work right now. hahaha sungjae's rapping voice is different as well, it's a joy to hear. as well as eunkwang. i like it when they modulate their voices to go deep especially whenever they're rapping minhyuk's parts. it's soooo nice to listen to. even ilhoon! whenever he raps minhyuk part, his voice will drop a notch which is just woah for me. hahaha also, i do agree with ilhoon's voice. i mean, i know there's a compilation video of ilhoon singing for ten minutes and you just know he had it in him. though, well, yeah, since they're known as a vocally talented group, they kinda feel like they should live up to it so the rappers are very very very shy (?) whenever asked to sing. minhyuk actually revealed that he's been invited a couple of times to masked singer years ago but he declined because he doesn't feel confident enough. and there's also a guesting of minhyuk while promoting YA, wherein he's asked to sing and he really said he'll sing btob songs so watch out for the number of times his voice will crack. i feel sad over this, though I'm very much happy they're gaining more and more confidence now. especially peniel. the boy could sing but really shy away when asked. at this point, it's just a massive joy to hear them sing and for the vocal line to rap whenever. which they usually do at behind the scenes so yeah, beatcom is the key. hahaha the 'snoring'-like sound you heard during eunkwang and changsub's radio guesting, is more of an expression that you like what you're hearing, i think. also, for the last part, the rappers are actually singing in one of the vocal line's stead. i just don't remember who's who. but i think, ilhoon got changsub lines while minhyuk got eunkwang lines and peniel got hyunsik lines. haha

Don't worry, that sound wasn't a snoring sound. It was an expression of appreciation/enjoyment. Also that drummer is such a mood 😆 With Minhyuk backing off that note, this was around 2016? I don't think he was taking vocal lessons back then. He worked super hard over the past couple of years and really grew as a vocalist.

Fans noticed Changsub had a decline in confidence around that time because of his vocal cord nodules, which had gotten worse while he was in the military, the strain in his voice is obvious. He's also actually quite shy in general (he's allergic to dancing solo and he recently said he's still too embarrassed to look into the camera while singing lol) and especially when he's not with people he's used to, he's totally different in "public" vs. BTOB content. I really love the band live, though, it's so raw and personal and chill.

Love your reaction to these! I still don't know why they choose Way back home out of all the songs they could have picked lol. It's so hard to sing! Have you seen the vocal line rapping yet? XD Yeah, BTOB loves to sing each others parts. They often do that on radio shows or when one of them is absent. You can literally see one of them going up to the other and whisper something like: "Take my part" and all of a sudden Eunkwang is rapping and it becomes a chain of switching parts. (perfect reference: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aJ2xgGpnhM6Bos0 ). They just love to mess around and have fun on stage. 12:45 Just a lil explanation haha. For the "krrrr"- sound, where you said "Who is snoring?". It's a sound in the korean language that is used to express a like for something. When they do the "krrrr" sound it is because they are liking/loving whatever they eat/hear/see etc. Your reaction made me laugh 😂

Rap line can really sing but shy and lacking some confidence but they can do well when not playing around. so yeah, with BTOB I am fluent in Korean, so confident am I that I tried to have a conversation with a Korean speaking person, yeah................. No, it did not work. I actually asked are you sure you are speaking Korean ? Curriewa hada? Two seconds in and I was like, hhhmmmm this is not BTOB, I could only utter Khamsamida saranghae, ahnyeong and run away, but when BTOB is playing, then yeah my Korean is BACK. I think Minhyuk was genuinely nervous about the high notes. He loves to sing, but he once said he didn’t have confidence in his singing because he went a long time without training his voice. This is Movie era, so this was before he took the vocal training to solo debut as HUTA. Minhyuk’s voice changed when he was able to rediscover his vocals in addition to his rap. Still, he can’t go as high as EK or HS. I can’t help but wince over that vocal strain . I wonder what MH’s natural range is…🤔
