Hey love, don't let the hurricane and your trifling neighbor worry you heart. The damages are minute and can easily be recovered. It might take a little while, but it's doable. I am happy that you and your family are still alive and well. Wish I was there to help. I enjoy getting my hands dirty too. Steve is sooooo handy. As excellent as my husband is; he truly has 10 big fingers (around the house). Now, since the neighbors have absolutely no desire to claim the roof, I believe all that wood could possible be revamped into a nice chicken coop or raised bed. Thanks for the update on Beryl.
