Don't cover your fried chicken with a lid my friend. The steam will soften the coating and you'll lose the crunchiness. It's better to cover it with paper or a tea towel

Pierce a tiny hole on one corner of d sesame oil tin with an ice pick..so u wont make a mess when pouring out from d cover area..
