But if you DEFEND YOURSELF, they will arrest you for Murder. Just how they did they white couple in St. Louis is something, the elderly Hispanic guy who owned a corner store in New York city, and again and again and again against ANYONE who uses their 2nd Amendment Right to protect their life. Then turn around and give some gang member 10 years for ACTUAL 1st degree murder, with an ILLEGAL weapon AND criminal background. And they are out within 6-8 years. Hurricane Chris could have been facing 50 years in jail if found guilty. For something we have a god given right to do, protected by the Constitution. SMH. What do you expect a man to do in a situation like that? Hurricane Chris gave the man a chance and plenty of time to walk away. The situation could have ended differently but unfortunately it didn’t and that’s not Hurricane Chris’ fault.

That’s why you don’t speak without a lawyer regardless to if your justified or not just stay silent and let them figure it out until your lawyer can represent you in whatever proceedings they choose whether that’s on the scene at the station after arrest and so on they will definitely always use your words against you when your one of us don’t ever talk to them they are not on your side
