This guy is by far the best on tv weather. Lots of information , really knows his field and it shows. Many of the others repeat themselves and dont really explain the processes in play. Great job Tim!!

Hmmmmm... with the storms continually increasing by the year, i personally think it's time that the Scale needs to be adding a CAT 6 level to aid in comparison. **just my thoughts as i'm expecting these to continue to be higher and more devastating as the years go**

they all seem to be saying it will for certain they just dont know how bad it will be by time it gets there and if last years mess taught you anything it should be these new super storms dont play games they are nasty and a good chance it could sit on you for days too like its doing to the bahamas with less wind but the waters the biggest worry so plan prepare and leave if its suggested to be a statistic be alive

all they can do is predict they all say one thing in common it could change at any moment and head anywhere its just their best guess with the info they have and whats happened to other systems to hit the area before .

Why people feeling relieve that it's having a small northern turn? That thing is very close to Florida.

@trcounce5 жыл бұрын
@@victorbonilla4634 Didn't take it personally. Just pointed out that he repeatedly says if you have questions in between his posts to ask. I asked, he didn't and still hasn't answered. NOAA did without me asking so I got my answer Monday afternoon from one of their updates. It's all good.

it's a cat 3 it never was a cat 5. the strongest wind I've recorded out of this is around 128
@runruby015 жыл бұрын
Doesn’t matter. There were 180+ mph winds in the storm at some point. You have to be basically right next to the eye wall for that.
@xXrumbaXx5 жыл бұрын
Oh, are you standing out there in the Bahamas right now? You have no idea, leave this to the people that know what they're talking about.
@adriancioroianu17045 жыл бұрын
because these are just recordings from the few meteorological stations in bahamas, the 180mph+ were recorded via NOAA special planes and measurements before hitting Acaba

Look at it this way -thanks to Hurricane Dorian, it is unlikely future hurricanes will take the same track as those waters are pretty much depleted of warmth.
@vet4life5 жыл бұрын
Uhm not true. Go look at tropical tidbits.com there is an upcoming hurricane right behind Dorian. Matter of fact there are a total of 4 disturbances.
@IMSiegfried5 жыл бұрын
@@vet4life well it sounded good.
@1101millie975 жыл бұрын
Ans Niles What I meant was the stock of warm water along the Atlantic Coast will be unavailable to future hurricanes for the remainder of the season. This has been pointed out in prior years by meteorologists.
