Thank you!! I was struggling to make my female character look feminine. I went with “smooth 1” for complexion (to avoid the 5 o’clock shadow on the light skinned preset) and tweaked the jaw width, since I went with the light skinned preset. I like many options and tweaks but am baffled why making a feminine looking is so difficult.

Yes, the butt and chest sliders are very limited in the game. it changes a little, but not very much.
