Can I ask if you are going under the front loop on the first s/c row

Yes on the 1Row they are using the Top of the foundation chain to make the sc (single chain), Rw2 you will use BOTH Top parts of the sc, aka as the sc hole, or under the sc loops. Hopes this helps🙏🌻
