Sam achieved nothing during that talk, only to confirm Karlis real thoughts when she gave him a straight answer about killing innocents. And she literally already killed 3 innocent people. They shouldn't be talking to her at all unless the MCU Laws were rewritten and mass murder/acts of terrorism are now punished with amateur therapy sessions instead of Jail.
