Nothing. The FAA governs the use of drones. As long as your not within the restricted airspace of an airport you're good. I researched it. You can fly a drone non stop of a police station 24/7 and there's nothing they can do.

I love you auditors idea of transparency & accountability but if people keep acting with obscenities and verbally attacking officers sooner or later the courts will put limits on our rights especially of free speech and we will all suffer. You can do these audits with out the language and causing the public to feel uncomfortable. Just because we can do it doesn’t mean we should. This will cause rulings eventually to go against people when they actually have a personal reason for using free speech to be violated. The courts will end up hating all the time their courts are taking on these cases. I don’t want my rights limited because people are taking advantage of them. I want more and more auditors like yourselves to keep police in check but we need to do it better with out the indecency and pissing off the general public, stick to police and government officials, buildings etc.. and walk in with some sort of limit to your speech. So we don’t lose these rights you are all fighting for.

That guy is interfering in a lawful process and if someone had a firearm in that vehicle they could have killed that officer. That guy came up and presented as hostile and a potential that. He had no reason to interfere at that point. If he wanted to offer advice he should have done so after the officer was done. I see nothing to validate the claim that anything external was consulted for potential additional charges. I'm guessing that's a claim made in text accompanying the video here. Which is weird because you claim to want a lawful process but you're claiming that an unproven assertion with no proof MUST be accurate and you're holding a kangaroo court here while stating things about the law that are actually just flat out wrong. Yes, the officer can legally be the complaintant even if they are on duty. No, you cannot perform an act of disorderly conduct to interfere with a lawful process which is what a traffic stop is. You certainly cannot assail an officer the way this gentlemen does. Whether you like someone or not this is not proper conduct even when they are not involved in a lawful process. This person sounds fairly intoxicated or under the influence. Which could mean their judgment is impaired and they could have further threatening intentions. We can't see the movements of the person holding the phone but we can see they approach the officer very closely which is threatening and entirely inappropriate. This was a lawful detention at the time and the guy is currently still being detained on an unrelenting legal matter. This is just a campaign to get donations for a criminal who acted foolishly who wants to retaliate. Maybe them is guy should stop trying to apply laws he doesn't understand and stop being such a jerk.
