you can find the Amber Block in the center biome. it is the territory to the right. The left territory holds the Earth Block

The one which is officially marked, because I can only find earth blocks in both of those? Sry for the Long time I wanted to test it out before I answered and had to wait 4 the spawn

what do you mean by Standard loot? basically everything spawn everywhere. At least in Terms of town looting and Vehicle aquisition

Important notice: As of patch 0.7.1.0 the Heavy Storage Rack has been added and so you can now store blocks in other recepticle than the slug/truck. Additionally, though I have been unable to verify this, it seems like amber blocks are a rare random spawn, that can spawn on any of the terretories instead of the normal block. I know I'm a little late, it's been such a good time since I've played the game. I was wondering about the blocks spawn time on the totems. Definitely the blocks are at times a pain to get :). Thanks a lot for linking my video here, appreciated.

how long does it takes for that totem to create a heavy block after a wipe?

I havent got it down exactly yet, but it definitely takes a few Hours, it seems to depend not only on time as I've had it take over 24 hours
