For men saying they will "allow" their wife to work... The fact that you think you have the authority to "allow" shows clearly that you think you are superior to her. A wife doesn't need to be allowed by her man as much as a husband doesn't need to be allowed his woman. If they want to work , they will work. Exactly, and they are working not just in office but in homes as well, so it's a double duty. People think because they own the house or are owner's things will work according to their likes & wishes. What if the roles were exchanged, or women were the owner's, will the men seek permission to WORK, step out, meet friends and family or to make a choice between as shown here. Things are not as simple but as complicated as they seem. Years of efforts are just bound in the four walls; they try to be independent and also help in building more resources but again get judged and suppressed. If women say we will tackle both our job and house shouldn't that be motivating enough. It's high time things need to change for the better!
