Jealousy nahi insecurity bola jata hai isko. Aur har jagah ye cheez galat nahi hoti. Because person might be very good and never have such feeling , but from every side whether family , friends , society , law , a husband's earning is considered as the base of family income and family rights , wife's earning is considered as her personal right. Even from law background(practical not theoritical) it is a husband's duty to provide because in one such case (out of many cases) , a wife's salary was 1 lakh pm and husband's salary was 120 k pm , they were married almost 1.25 years ago and had no children till then and were getting divorced and wife was demanding 50% of husband's salary as maontainance on the name of taking care of her parents and holding their expenses while the husband also had parents and family . 1 lakh per month is more than enough amount but still she wanted 50% from her husband's salary too . And the lawyer of husband managed to put down the criteria demand of 50% but still court declared the verdict that husband still needs to pay some amount every month as maintainance. Even a non earning husband has to pay 20k pm as minimum maintainence while divorcing wife on the name that wife needs money for her care . In real life court always considers it husband's duty to provode and irrespective of the situation , irrespective of the educational qualifications , health conditions etc. of a wife according to which it can be viewed that can they earn enough or if not then how much more amount is really needed for normal lifestyle , they directly order husband to pay sone part of his earning and assets , in 90% cases even boy's lawyer intentionally do not use the effective legal remedies to put down the condition of maintainance as they also get some percentage of it as a commission . And not only from law side but from every social background these things would be disrespectful and insulting. . No matter how much open minded a person is , how much he escapes from it bit one day these things evade and capture him creating a feelings that wife does not need them now , they cannot be involved with wife in their life any longer , or wife will leabe them. And these things slowly eat husband's mind and soul. And a person's nature cannot be completely trusted because it can be situational , they can swing their mood according to situations.
