Husband is away but 3 hour belly pain..ended up in hospital😰 Baby, don't come out yet!

병원에 전화했을 때 내가 겪고 있는게 어떤 증상인지 설명만 들을 줄 알구 통화했다가 갑자기 오라고 해서 너무 놀랬어요! 임신 후기에 아이가 덜 움직여서 병원에 간 친구들, 온라인에 영상들 보면 후기때 애기가 안 움직여서 병원 갈 일이 있을 수 있다는건 알고 있었는데 가진통이 길게 올수도 잇다는것도 몰랐고, 이런일이 갑자기 생겨서 굉장히 당황했어요😅나한테는 없을 일일 줄 알았어요! 그런데 막상 산모 응급실 갔는데 간호사분들이 굉장히 릴렉스인 반응이고 큰 걱정하지 않은 반응을 보니 맘이 좀 놓였죠…애기가 아파서 꺼낼일은 없구나..안도하고 두시간만 모니터링하고 끝나서 남편에게 영상보내고 전화 하고 나서 집에 와서 맛있는거 먹고 푹 쉬었답니다:) 영상에 담을까 말까 고민을 많이 했는데, 저 처럼 건강하고 후기까지 아무일 없다가 누구에게나 들이닥치는 상황이라는걸 담고 싶었어요. 아무리 채력 좋고 후기까지 건강했다 해도 정말 모르는 일이더라구요! 게다가 긴 가진통에 대해 몰랐어서 더욱 더 놀란것도 있었던것 같아요🥲 임산부 여러분도 나중에 살짝이라도 의심 되는 상황이 있다면 즉.시! 병원 가세요! 전 배 모양이 그렇게 되자마자 전화를 했어야 하는데 괜히 불안해하며 기다렸다 싶어요 ㅠㅠ! 미리 이런 증상에 대해 알고 있었더라면 더 좋지 않았을까?라는 생각이..모든 임산부들 화이팅✊🏼 It was very sudden and shocking when I called the hospital helpline..i was expecting that they would just give me an explanation of what was happening with my belly, but was really unexpected that they would require me to come to see them! I only heard of expecting moms going in to emergency triage when they can’t feel the baby moving, but not from this😳i wasnt told by anybody about ‘prodormal labor’ , only was aware of Braxton Hicks. I think if I knew about this i would have been less shocked and taken aback. When i arrived to the emergency triage, the nhs midwives were so relaxed about it and didn’t seem like they were too worried. Baby carrot was monitored for two hours and they reassured me the baby was happy and was released(thank you Queen Charlotte hospital!) i sent the videos i took to Josh, came back home, had good food and had a relaxing evening knowing the baby was happy:) I really thought long about including this bit or not, but looking back, if I knew about ‘prodormal labor’ , i think i would have been less panicked (i was shaking with anxiety and verge to have an anxiety attack omw to the hospital!) . So i really do hope that other expecting mothers watching this are aware of it and also know that it could happen to anyone, even if you had a healthy pregnancy and you are relatively fit! I hope that all expecting mothers wouldn’t brush off any unsettling symptoms! I waited four hours until i made that call because i thought i was being fussy😭

아... 댓글을 쓸까말까 쓸까말까.. 알아서 잘 하겠지 하고 넘기려다가 그래도 혹시라도 아기가 일찍 태어나면 아기한테 위험한 상황이 올수도 있고 증상이 들어보니까 저와 비슷한것 같아서 댓글을 남겨봅니다.. 저는 32주 그때쯤에 가진통이 왔어요. 근데 남들이 흔히 말하는 가진통이라 하기에는 너무 자주 일어났고 괜찮겠지 하고 지냈는데 날이 갈수록 진통이 더 자주 왔고 완전히 가만히 누워만 있으면 그나마 조금 잦아들졌었지만 그래도! 누워있어도! 진통이 왔어요. 진통은 "매일같이" 왔고 끊이지 않고 7분, 15분, 20분.. 불규칙적으로.. 그러다 몸을 좀 움직였다 싶을땐 자궁수축이 더 자주 3분마다 오고 자궁수축 시간 재는게 의미없을 정도로 너무 계속 왔었어요. 진통은 참을만했고 1분정도 기다리면 다시 풀렸어요. 병원에 갔는데 병원에서는 가진통이라고 대수롭지 않게 생각했어요. 그렇게 진통은 "매일같이" 계속 왔어요. 2주가 지나가니까 아무래도 느낌이 이상해서 제 스스로 절대 안정을 취했어요. 말 그대로 절대 안정. 거의 하루종일 침대에 누워서 보내다싶이 했어요. 그 모습을 보던 남편이 그렇게만 있지 말고 운동을 좀 해보라고 운동을 안해서 그런걸수도 있지않냐고 그 말을 진짜 피곤할정도로 매일같이 들으면서도 꿋꿋하게 36주까지 절대안정으로 버텼어요. 참고로 36주 5일까지 버티면 아기 상태는 크기가 작고 살이 없을뿐 태어나도 상관없을정도라고 해요. 그리고 36주부터 산책하듯 1시간동안 걸었어요. 저도 제 몸 상태를 확실히 아는게 아니니까 어쩌면 남편 말이 맞을수도 있지 않나 생각했었어요. 그렇게 산책을 한지 몇일 안되서 어느날 갑자기 팬티 절반이 흥건할 정도로 젖어버렸어요. 병원에서 확인해보니 양수가 맞았어요. 그 즉시 병원에 입원하라고 해서 일주일 있다가 아기를 낳았는데.. 병원에 입원하고 이틀 후에 양수가 완전히 쏟아져버렸어요. 그래서 양수 없이 병원에서 일주일을 버텄어요. 와... 다시 생각해보면 아찔해요. 36주까지 절대안정으로 꿋꿋하게 버티지 않고 운동 안해서 그런다는 소리에 운동했었더라면 아마 32주 33주 그쯤에 양수가 터져서 아기가 나와버렸을거에요. 진짜 저는 그런 위험을 피할수 있게 지혜주신 하나님께 너무 감사드려요. 국가비님은 성격도 좋고 사람들도 많이 만나고 생활이 활기차다보니까 몸을 많이 움직일수밖에 없는 생활을 하실것 같아요. 특히 요리하는거 그거 에휴... 그거 임신한 사람 몸으로 만삭에 요리.. 진짜 큰 노동이에요.. ㅠㅠ 안정 취하면서 최대한 몸을 사리시길 바래요.. ㅠㅠ

It's always best to he safe and get checked. I was a paramedic for decades, and delivered a couple of babies-an exhilarating experience. There's even some poor soul out there named after me. Everything will be great, and you and Baby Carrot will be fine.

Hello!! My name is Jenn and I was a nurse for 23 years. I don’t know what your name is but it can’t possibly be that bad. I read the notebook that we had on the L &D floor and some of those names were….🤷🏻‍♀️ I mean why would you choose to name your child that? Do you WANT them to be bullied horrendously? But I have a question for you. As a paramedic does delivering babies happen a lot? How many babies have you delivered? Did you feel honored when they named their baby after you?

It's scary when it's your first baby. You don't know what things feel like or what to expect so it's good to always get any worries checked at the hospital. Thank goodness you had family with you while you had this scare, your mum was calm and reassuring which was perfect in that situation.

Hearing your mom give you motherly encouragement and reassurance made me miss my mom. Moms are so comforting. And your brother was so sweet and understanding too. I’m glad they were there for you. False labor, as I’ve heard it, is your body’s way of getting in shape for real labor. I never actually experienced it though since both my babies came prematurely because I developed acute preeclampsia. But I had signs of it before so that won’t be your experience, I’m sure.

지금은 무서우시겠지만 너무 걱정하지 마세요.. 저도 똑같이 30주 전후로 아기가 진공포장된거같이 보였었는데 산모 체질인거같아요. 저는 첫째 둘째 임신때 둘다 똑같은 증상이 있었는데 정상적으로 예정일 가까이 되서 건강히 출산했어요. 그런 체질이 있다고 들었던거같아요. 마음 놓으시고 좋은 생각 많이 하세요 ^^

It's better to be safe and have it checked out. With a first pregnancy you get scared because you are not sure what is happening. Next time around you will feel so much different because you have been through it before. Looking forward to seeing baby carrot.

I wish we could have seen photos with Esther and her new husband. She looked lovely. I am happy you were able to spend time with your family while Josh was away. Once the baby arrives it will be harder for him to travel, so I hope the timing works out so he is there for baby Carrot's arrival :). Sending love for a smooth labour.

늘 눈팅만 하다가 오늘 영상은 정말 공감가서 댓글남겨여,, 저는 프랑스인 만나서 벌써 100일된 아기를 키우고있는 딸맘입니당. 저는 아기 임신했을때 갑자기 18주부터 22주까지 원인모를 하혈도 하고 심지어 양수가 조금씩 샌다고해서 입원도 하고 그랬는데 아주 건강하고 귀여운 딸을 무사히 낳았어요. 사람마다 다르겠지만 꼭 병원 갈때마다 자궁경부길이 여쭤보시고 잘 체크하시구 34주부터는 약간씩 가진통 비슷한 배뭉침을 경험하니까 너무 겁먹지마세오. 항상 응원하겠습니당

Baby brain. 저도 알죠 쌍둥이 품은 후기때 운전하는 것도 힘들어서 가벼운 접촉사고도 나더라고요 애기 낳고도 수유하고 잠 잘 못 자서 정신 없어요 지금 젤 중요한 일 하고 있으니 자책마요~ you are doing great.

Ah! So scary. I am glad Baby Carrot is doing okay!!! I understand how scary that is, I had to go to the maternity triage 2 times starting at 33 weeks because of Preeclampsia. It was so scary to not know if they would need to get baby out early or not. Just rest and relax as much as you can, stress is bad for momma and baby!
