Living in vietnam is same as other poor country. People try to healing their sicknes themselves until they couldn't do or worses than will go see doctor in the hospital. Everything will pay out of pocket and hard to pay when have no money. No money, doctor can't treat them. I hope he will get better soon by taking those medicine his wife bought from the market.
