Get well soon Sitara.. Take tablets and rest well. You will be fine soon. Pls avoid having so many chai. It's not good for your health. I suggest, you make some changes in your lifestyle and food habits. Make your kids too follow this. They are in their growing stage. They need to have healthy food. Buy one BP machine so that you can carry that during travel. Keep checking your BP once atleast daily and take medication accordingly. You are so young and cannot afford to have such illness so soon.
