Sambhavna for your RA you can follow this diet, IN morning for break fast just have pulpy fruits like Banana , papaya, cucumbers etc, then for lunch around 2 have some a salad of cabbage (good amt), cucumber and carrot ,you can mix any dressing, and by evening 5:30 have a normal meal , and in night if you feel like you can have 1 chapati or a ragi chapati ect......I was diagnosed with inflamation issues within 1 month my inflamation came down and reduced 7kgs in 2nhalf months, just try it. Raw cabbage is very very good for inflammation.
