Been with my husband for 40 years, we still celebrate the day we met on December 8th 1983. I was only 20 & my guy was only 18. Don’t know where time has gone, life really flies by when you are having fun. We grew up together, through thick and thin. It’s nice knowing no matter what happens we are always there for each other. Still love each other so freaking much, we miss each other if we’re not together in the same room…..I know it’s sickening. You guys remind me so much of us….true love. ♥️ Love & hugs guys.

It's weird, but the only other time I've seen a comment by another couple who said they had a really similar relationship to Jonathan and Aaron, they were also 18 and 20 when they started dating. So were Jonathan and Aaron, so were you guys, and so were my husband and I. And I'll be honest, watching this channel is like looking in a freaking mirror. I'm starting to get superstitious like being 18 and 20 is the exact age to unlock some portal to true love, who knows? Obviously that's not all there is to it... 😅 ❤ Anyway, I love knowing there are other couples out there who think and feel the same way, bc the couples we know IRL are all way different, and it's nice not to be the only ones who are completely codependent and loving every minute of it! @@tstieber , that’s so funny….we always say being codependent is the best part of our relationship 😊 hate being apart from each other, even after 40 years. My heart still lights up when I see my husband walk in the room. Pray to be together for another 40 years 😬 yikes, that’ll make me almost 100 years old. Our friends ask what the secret is for such a long loving relationship, just true love and a deep respect for each other I guess …..oh yeah and I’m a good cook 👨🏻‍🍳 lol.
