She was Team Captain for U21(?) that won the championship. This Nebraska team looks almost like a modified US National Girls Team and no doubt will carry the torch for the senior team headed by Jordan Larson who has been a very accomplished volleyball player.

I watched this when I read about a transfer named captain of Neb. Really? A Noob? Never even heard of her! So I watched this and thought, eh, seems too perfect. And nice, to be a killer. She better be something special to go from rook to capt b4 1st game. And who the helI are all these new names?? I'll never remember them! I was skeptical, up until halfway thru 1st match. Soon as they got goin, all u cud say was, "Oh O..... Ohh, DAMN! OK alright, I'm on board. That's high level". And now I get it. And now find myself fully immersed in college vball this season. Watching matches of all the top teams, with Big Red as home team. I'm a fan, following storylines, and cheering for Merritt (+Lexi, ect.) So yeah, she IS that good and it feels like this team iS gonna be something special. And now I know their names. This should be fun to watch.

A rotation is when you circle the court one time. There’s front row and back row players, and normally players sub out to fit what they’re best at. 6 rotations means you play all around the whole court and play all the positions! ☺️

Yes, very few players are real 6 rotation players. It means you have higher skills than the average player.
