You really think that Holgerson came here without the expectation he was going to be the OC? He knew what was going on. He maybe didn’t know it was going to happen that first week, but it was going to happen. And he knew it.

@DionPryor396 agree they've brought a few guys in we 'missed' on. There will be more to enter from FCS schools and there will be some from FBS post bowls. finally our young linemen get the extra bowl practices and we got some good young guys with lots of potential

Uhm Special Teams is more than FG and Kicking…the return game was horrendous. How hard is it to tell players wait by the 10, if it’s over your head, leave it alone…

There Sean goes again, “We played pretty good offense for three quarters against Iowa.” You want to know the problem with Nebraska football the last twenty years? It’s this loser mentality.

THEY SHOULD CALL THIS THE REDSTRIPE BOWL BECAUSE THIS WHOLE COLLEGE IS UNIVERSALLY DRUNK WITH THE COOLAIDE RHULE'S GIVEN OUT? THE HUSH KERS ARE NOT EVEN A GLIMPSE OF OUR PAST I'M ASHAMED TO SAY IM A FAN HOPEFULLY IN 2025 THE AD AND RHULE WILL BE GONE AND WE CAN STILL RESTORE SOME PRIDE TO THIS TEAM
@Huskershea18 күн бұрын
How the heck is Sean so clueless on the ST coordinator. If you can’t see the coaching limitations there then you lose a lot of credibility on analyzing football. Just stick to recruiting coverage then. I never really saw an organized return plan, other teams will set up returns with blocking schemes, we did not. We also don’t know the situational rules about using the sideline and when NOT to field near the boundaries, whether the side lines or inside 8/10 yards. Looking beyond the personnel issues you see obvious coaching blunders in situational awareness. A change there would be huge for our growth, can’t begin to sniff top 4 in the big ten with what we have. Foley is a good guy but not THE guy we need IMO

Oregon beat Ohio State, Penn State, and Boise State. And they did it taking the best shot from all 3 schools. Ohio State almost lost to 6-6 Nebraska and lost to Michigan. One performance over a mid level SEC team at home and we’re crowning them champs? The Ohio State I watched all year doesn’t have the capacity to beat Oregon, Texas, and Notre Dame… consecutively. They’re not winning it all.

Sean you can’t say playing at OSU at night is “different” Their stadium was minimum 45% orange. If an opposing team can come in and flirt with having 1/2 of the attendance you immediately lose the thought of it being a tough place to play.
