I am predominantly a console player, I built a PC a few months ago. Only FPS I play on PC is R6 Siege, I've gotten pretty decent with keyboard and mouse by now. I played Blackout for the first time and after a few games I got a 17 kill solo dub beating my kill record on console by 2. Blackout on PC feels allot easier for some reason to me.

You can change that in the game settings. Switch perk usage from Hold to Toggle. I did the same for the heals. I just press X once, and the heal goes by itself. I can cancel it by pressing X again. Holding the button seemed annoying to me.
