Husky howling just because he can

Zeus the Stubborn Husky likes to howl. And cry. And whine. It's his thing. He's a vocal husky and no, he's not abused. He just wants to lay out side in the NEGATIVE 5 degree weather today, because he's a husky! He's being kept inside today, with only some occasional time outside. Anyway, he's whining and just making his opinion known. And sometimes he just won't give up!

Artamis The Wolf OMG So it is really cold were I live right now, so my parents decided to take my husky inside until it warms up a bit. We know she would probably be fine, but we just want to be safe. Earlier today me and my family were going out to eat, when my dad got a phone call FROM THE POLICE. They told him that they were calling on the behalf of our husky being outside in the cold. OUR HORRIBLE NEIGHBORS CALL THE COPS ON US BECAUSE OUR HUSKY WAS “OUTSIDE!” SHE HAS BEEN INSIDE, IN OUR KITCHEN, FOR THE PAST COUPLE DAYS! I honestly can’t believe this happened... what were they thinking? They didn’t even check to see if she was actually outside. Smh

My mom's huskiea lived outside year round. When it would get super cold (like below -10F), she'd leave their individual kennels open so they could pile in as many as they wanted to. They had nice dog houses filled with hay that stayed quite warm when occupied. Chances were we'd find them sleeping out in the yard instead.
