VERY HELPFUL! Was hard 2 find the PSI rating for K970, I have 2 brought for checkup, 1 did 55psi with scored intake side, the other 62psi (still runs, not yet removed exhaust) .. knowing 120 on good engine clears the picture. Thank you!

I have this exact model but it will not idle. Do you think it needs the base gasket replaced? I have change sparkplug and air filter.

yes maybe air leak somewhere..or low compresure it not holde the idle

There is a throttle adjustment in the pull start side indicated with a "T". Try adjusting that clockwise a bit.
