Go to a roofing supply store and buy a "Firestone Roof Step Mat" to put on your foot area, dimples up. Makes a heck of a difference on my MZ54s and it is heavy enough that it just sits in position. Also change your Hydro-Gear ZT-3100 oil and filters if you haven't yet, should be 50-75hrs and then every 200 hrs.

@@mattsalassalas3883 I have had the same problem with mine. I have tried putting a little thread locker on the lip and so far so good. It is very annoying for sure.

@@mattsalassalas3883 MY dealer put a little RTV (liquid gasket maker) on mine two weeks ago and no more problems so far, hope that helps!

The mower is to big for the lawn as it is to undulated and could be cut lower for a better finish. I would not be happy paying for an average job

Thanks for your reply, I definitely would like to have a smaller mower for yards like the one shown here, but as I just started and could only afford one mower, I went with this one since I also mow acreage commercial and resendential properties where a 60 or 70 inch mower would be more applicable. The 52 was a happy medium that could do everything. So far this customer has been one of my best ones and always pays on time and says he is happy with the results of my work.

Do you not use a discharge chute?
