can you show tutorials when you are going to embroider with the super size hoop embroidery for this machine? when we have to use the "extended" tables when embroidering super large designs. ! your tutorial is amazing ! thanks.

Hi Beth - is it a problem to use the machine on a table like you have (with the cutout)? I sure hope I don’t have to purchase a new table too lol.

Hi Shannon! So long as the machine is making a good connection, I think that you are fine 😉. No one said anything about that being an issue in service training at convention! If I hear differently, be sure I’ll let you guys know asap!! Great question 🙋🏼‍♀️ and thanks for watching!!

I am having a terrible time trying to get the support portion on. I have it lined up with the connectors but it won't snap down.

@@asheryl1966 don’t lift it by the head, where the needle is, but align the support, then lift gently in the middle, it should slide right in! We are closed until Tuesday, if you are still having trouble, give us a call at [phone] and we will get you sorted out!! 🩷
