I have a problem my sewing machine keeps telling me that I have a thread problem. I have cleaned it out many times and have looked at every video. It still tells me that there is thread in my bobbin. It opens the bobbin so I can't sew!! What can I do???

@@gaylem7357 it was the size of my bobbins. I bought some cheap ones that said they would work. But it very slight so didn’t notice until I took it in to be looked at. Since I’ve used Husqvarna bobbins it’s never happened again.

@@lyndabrewster7431 thank you for taking the time to reply Lynda. Sadly I don't think this is my issue as I am using the Husquvarna bobbins supplied. I have reached out to Husquvarna with some photos to see if they can help. I'm sure it is something small I am doing. Best wishes.
