It is so obvious that Faris Al-Hammadi has no idea what he is talking about and he seems that he just read about it and he has no real investigation and real research about that topic He is not aware that The Shahabah “ Companions “ of the prophet peace be upon him were not all in one stand and they differ specifically about Alhussain to go to Iraq and also they had an opinion of some encourage to just enter in the rule of Yazid Not because Alhussain is not deserving it and not because that he is not fitting the condition But their main worry about what The problem of Kufah will do to make this not happening in somehow based on the observations of what they did with Ali and alhussain brothers May Allah be pleased with them all. So, it was a worry of the majority of Sahabah However, we need to understand that Also, Alhussain and ibn alzober..etc are also from Sahabah too!! This is so clear and we need to not forget that fact and whatever there is a difference between Sahabah then it is a matter of evidences to see what is right and wrong in the whole situation. Because it is clearly that even if Alhussain was killed May Allah pleased with him but his bravery and that decision was remarkable ! And we are benefiting from it a great benefit until today and some of the main benefits, That he made it for ummah very clear that in that moment and in that time, there were a shift in history of the Manhaj of The Prophet peace be upon him in the matter of leadership and he was killed defending the correct Imamh which must be back to Justiceالعدل , Shuraالشورى , No Tawreath لا لتوريث, the agreement on one imam from all Muslims “ means no justifiable disagreement “ الاجماع على امام واحد وعدم وجود خلاف سائغ يعطل الاجماع ….etc of all the things related to this matter because there are many things. So, Alhussain did a victory in making himself a symbol for justice and for all Muslim ummah to remember to Go Back to “ The Manhaj of Prophet peace be upon him in Khelafah منهاج النبوه ". I believe that he stood for us all and he is now a salaf for us that we can take his footsteps when the atmosphere and everything is telling us we need to do resistance against whoever want to drag the ummah way from the Manhaj of the Prophet peace be upon him and the lead must to be return in one day to the right people who are in the right Manhaj that Prophet peace be upon him and the 5 Khaleafh which is 30 years after him were standing on. So, I believe Alhussain may Allah be pleased with him has deeply far away vision more than whoever criticised him specifically who said from sahabah to just accept Yazid to not make people fight and differ because not all sahabah said that some their criticism was specifically on to be aware and careful of what the people of Kufah will do because they were almost sure that he will be killed but not all said to obey yazid or give him Bayeah “ loyalty بيعه ", they may want him to wait or do another thing if could but their mainly worry to not trust the people of Khufah. So, we need to be more accurate and careful when we talk about the group of Sahabah who have things that they want to say to the Sahabah Alhussain and whoever with him. To return to the point about the three options that were told to Alhussain and it was mentioned in the historical and scholars books, However, there is also in the book which refutes this myth that been shared with people and some scholars used it sadly but when you research you will find there is who refuted it and he was with Alhussain himself! ‎عقبة ابن سمعان قال صحبت حسينا فخرجت معه من المدينة إلى مكة ومن مكة إلى العراق ولم أفارقه حتى قتل وليس من مخاطبته الناس كلمة بالمدينة ولا بمكة ولا في الطريق ولا بالعراق ولا في عسكر إلى يوم مقتله إلا وقد سمعتها ألا والله ما أعطاهم ما يتذاكر الناس وما يزعمون من أن يضع يده في يد يزيد بن معاوية ولا أن يسيروه إلى ثغر من ثغور المسلمين ولكنه قال دعوني فلا ذهب في هذه الارض العريضة حتى ننظر ما يصير أمر الناس تاريخ الطبري 413/5-414 The translation simply: “that Okbah ibn sman said in summary that these options are not correct and I was there and the situation was different of that.” So, in principle these options were not asked same what they showed and alhussain in many moments in his story going to Take the Khelafah, there were moments were he noticed that he will fight or there is killing and something will happen so he was not really not aware of these litters that he got because there is many moments just for example the news of the killing of ibn Aqeel..etc and even alhussain used Quran to explain his stand and also Alqurtabi in his tafser he mentioned this verse against unjust rulers: ‎قَالَ لَا يَنَالُ عَهْدِي الظَّالِمِينَ (124) ‎الحادية والعشرون : استدل جماعة من العلماء بهذه الآية على أن الإمام يكون من أهل العدل والإحسان والفضل مع القوة على القيام بذلك ، وهو الذي أمر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ألا ينازعوا الأمر أهله ، على ما تقدم من القول فيه . فأما أهل الفسوق والجور والظلم فليسوا له بأهل ، لقوله تعالى : لا ينال عهدي الظالمين ولهذا خرج ابن الزبير والحسين بن علي رضي الله عنهم . وخرج خيار أهل العراق وعلماؤهم على الحجاج ، وأخرج أهل المدينة بني أمية وقاموا عليهم ، فكانت الحرة التي أوقعها بهم مسلم بن عقبة . ‎والذي عليه الأكثر من العلماء أن الصبر على طاعة الإمام الجائر أولى من الخروج عليه ; لأن في منازعته والخروج عليه استبدال الأمن بالخوف ، وإراقة الدماء ، وانطلاق أيدي السفهاء ، وشن الغارات على المسلمين ، والفساد في الأرض . والأول مذهب طائفة من المعتزلة ، وهو مذهب الخوارج ، فاعلمه . ‎تفسير القرطبي The translation simply that there is group of scholars who use this verse so it is not only the deviated sects so we need to not mix and that’s why Alhussain did Khorooj and this can be even label as Khorooj against unjust Mutagleb المتغلب الجائز if we will Not use the word khorooj in the meaning of exiting to Iraq so not only that.

I don’t know even know whom to take knowledge from and follow because every one is termed as khawarij, murjiah and blah blah. @@ahmedrizwan7847 Everyone is learning brother so don’t let this confusion to mislead you and always stick to people of knowledge and don’t make KZbin and social media as your Shiekh or scholar “ulamah” because this is not the correct way and specially for Muslim laymen And it is so wrong that a Muslim laymen, jumping to these topics which are not required for him for now because there are a lot of priorities than needs to taken seriously in the beginning of his journey in learning So, you should start going to avoid going to the topics which you are not having the tools of knowledge to understand and you don’t have the basic knowledge which is more important and a priority Always be honest to yourself and always stick to authentic scholars who will not make you busy in these topics because these topics are very detailed and need a lot of study and need even that you know foundation how to read Quran and sunnah and how you deal with scholars and many things but all these you can not understand without going through knowledge journey of learning because it will develop you and it will slowly get you confidence and it will not let you at least be confused in very important foundations These topics, there is many topics linked to it like knowledge about how to deal with differences and many things which will in the end make the truth appear to you and specially you will know how to take knowledge from scholars in the time of differences and always make good intentions because being wrong is not the main problem, it is about how sincere you are towards the truth and it is okay to don’t know the problem is to get yourself into things that you don’t know when you are not educated and you have things to take them as priority In the end, don’t care about these labels to much because I still take my knowledge from people are being accused of all these labels so it doesn’t make them on these paths sometimes it is all just a bad ways of some ignorant people to deal with differences But care about going to people who are sincere to knowledge even if they are in that topic not in the right argument so at least you will be in good foundation in the important topics I hope if you can give me your country to give you some names if people of knowledge so that you research about them and try to go to them and start seeking knowledge in the right way and right approach.

I am living in Australia and honestly with my limited knowledge in Islam I try to follow the right path like avoiding shirk, innovation and adhering to the obligations and commandments set by the mighty to my utmost ability. I wanted to learn more and increase my knowledge of the Deen to benefit me and doing it online was to me an easy and convenient way. I can say that I’ve come across so many sheikhs and imams saying that person is so and so and the other refuting back to the point where im scared to take knowledge from anyone because I don’t want to be from the other sects that would end up in hell. All im striving and struggling towards is earning Jannah and that’s my ultimate goal but the current KZbin Dawah/ Islamic knowledge space is full of confusion and out right refutations and name calling.

This is my brother a very basic approach of any Muslim in the right path and an approach of any Muslim who is from the sect of survival inshallah. And it is same the faith and doctrine and approach of great scholars like Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn Al Qayyim May Allah mercy their souls. So, always remember that you follow these great salaf of us who died because the living scholars today we cannot guarantee the fitnah or misguidedness on them. So, always make Quran and Sunnah in final results as your balance and the things that you always have sincerity to follow them and you must to not ask anyone trying to put his own understanding before the understanding of salaf May Allah be pleased with them. So, you will always notice in the scholars that they say don’t follow me but follow Quran and sunnah and you will always see them quote from authentic sources and things that you have access to check and see if they put their own understanding on them or they misquote them or they just quote an evidence from so many evidences which he ignored and this change the whole picture. So, you will notice always the scholars don’t praise themselves and always take giving fatwah very seriously and they always say I don’t know. So, I advice you to read the book of “ The Book of Knowledge (Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saaliah al Uthaymeen) “ and it may be better to have someone who is knowledgeable to read it so I hope you research about the Students of Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saaliah al Uthaymeen May Allah mercy his soul. His students even if they differ with each others mostly will never get laymen Muslims be involved in things that will be confusion for them and there is from his students who speaks English but because you said you are in Australia, I can’t think of one of them there and it is okay brother to learn online but not from short clips or some videos in KZbin specially if you are a layman Muslim who in his beginning of seeking knowledge need to be with scholars and knowledgeable people around him so he stick with them and follow what is right not blind follow but Quran and Sunnah always his guide if things appear clearly in Quran and Sunnah without a doubt against it so I will give you a channel in KZbin for one of the students of Shiekh ibn Uthaymeen and he lives in UK I guess but the good thing he can link you if you reach him somehow with so many scholars and I hope there is anyone in Australia or you can take suggestions from him what you need to do in your case.
