My tip is to focus on gold production and naturally upgrade other rooms after gold production is running.

If you rush to level 11, with a squad at powerlevel 85, then there are no negatives. Dungeons, gembays and arenas will conform to your powerlevel. Invasions are also no more difficult. ( Just don't go to tr11 with a squad below 85 ).

Yes that's all true nothing gets any harder as long as you don't level up anyone, it's one of the best ways to farm event items and earn things for your ancient sets as well, I'm also pretty sure you can do the same trick from level 70 fighters but don't expect there to be many weak players as that'll be a very niche bracket.

I've went from t8(5month t8) to t11 in 2 event l've got every single rune from t7 to t11. My best bracket was 84.9 with a level 100 shadow set now i'm almost ready to go to 6x100s and i'm always into the top 5 in arena

Good advice..I am doing the same and spending around 3-4 weeks on a TR..I don't upgrade untill all buildings are upgraded (except workshops) and spend may be a week or 2 after that to run portals / Arena

Sounds like you've found a good way of doing it, at least this way your can get stronger fairly quickly and have everything you need to be upgraded.

There is no need to rush, it will be a bad experience of the game. I many games after 1st or 2n mo there is nothing new to do or discover and many times becomes tedious. As a fresh acc started (previously i had throne 8) i strongly advise to get to throne 4 and stay 2-3 days then rush it to 6 spend a mo at this level until you are max out on upgrades and comfortable in arena. Then once a mo raise the throne. It will be really fun to have something new each mo.

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I often suggest rushing up to TR11, but only AFTER putting in the research on how the game formulas work. I would not suggest it for a brand new player who's learning still. Generally I agree with every point brought up in this video except for the part about trophies and training. You want to keep trophies LOW so that you can still win in PVP and you don't get raided as often by higher power players. And, yes it takes time to do things like level troops to 100, but that's a moot point because you will eventually do that regardless of rushing or not.

arena matches your fighter lv n gem bay scales to your average power. With a good strength back power build wouldn’t it be easier to complete certain tasks? But thank you for the content.

Not average power, it takes the lowest power squad and groups them with all the next higher levels. Once 15 are collected then arena starts. Thats why you sometimes see the number in queue jump from 13 to 2 etc. And it all depends on the numbers / wait time so you couldnt depend on it, many brackets you will always be matched with monsters regardless how low your power is. A rushed low power player would not be able to compete against a low power who have event gear. Can be done if you are experienced and have *plenty* of resources to buy masters chests which a rushed player would never have.

@@laurenk6741 gem bay is based on your top 6-8 fighters power. But you’re right on arena. However I’ve seen from experience brackets where I am cc11 but fighting in a cc8 arena. @@sequanspigner1708 Ah yeah sorry. I havent done gembay for a long time but know your historical power affects it too. This makes it even tougher for rushed accounts because if they decide to go down a bracket to try recover an account them might have to forget about gembay

Yes that is right they do base it on a combined fighter level but if you rush eventually you'll need to level up your fighters at some point which means while your upgrading your fighters for their new levels will still be very weak, and if you rush multiple Throne Rooms then you could be looking at a really long time to level everyone where you want them to be. So it's best to upgrade your Throne Room near the end of an event because it normally takes a bit to build, and then you can work towards your new team before the next event. And thank you.

Yeah it depends on how long people would like to play the game before they make that decision, because like you said it could take all year to get back to a normal level for your TR.

Basically think of runes as enhancements for your fighters, they do different things based on what the rune says but it's all about placing them on someone and seeing what stats have changed differently. What I can say that works is the Rune of Tenacity for the warrior's armour if that helps, I have made a video about other runes in the past which you might be able to learn something from but up to you if you watch it :) kzbin.info/www/bejne/jGObf3SPoaeCj6M

If you feel like you can't get your squad much better than what it is I would normally upgrade my TR at the start of a bad event you might not want to pay for and then that will allow me enough time to upgrade the barracks and get my squad to the right level before the next event would start. If you like to do every event then I would leave it till the last day of the event and then do it.

That's exactly right, if you upgrade your TR you'll be able to get new ones for a higher level, except from TR 10-11 as it would still be level 100.

Personally the best thing you can do is upgrade your TR now but stay at your fighter level for 1 or 2 events, this way you can still easily earn stuff for TR10 without feeling like your behind. Once you've done 1-2 events or even a rune event, then level your fighters up so you can start stronger for TR10.

The only way gems bays get harder is when the hero gets more powerful but that should work out for you anyway, dungeons might get a bit difficult to start with but again there's a lot of benefit in the long run to doing this anyway.

I've been staying in tr 5 3 lvl 20 fighter dwellers in the barracks for months an months I used to get 1st or 2nd place easily everytime but maybe the update around a few months ago really screwed me over. So what's the strategy now? I still want to stay for 5 with 3 lvl 20s in the barracks till I get more 5 star dwellers. I got 15 5 star dwellers an the max I can hold is 20 5 stars. So 5 more to go. Any reason that update awhile back changed the arena for the worst?

It's hard to give an exact reason on why the update made it worse, they did say they made some algorithm changes but that could mean anything, if you're desperate to say TR5 and have level 20 fighters, the best thing you can do is focus mainly on the talents and get them all to legendaries, if you have already done this, mix about the alliances for stuff that might work out better, (I like the Battle Brothers 2 person group) or even moving around some runes.

If you don't feel like you need to win arenas even for events then it's fine for you to rush, just know it takes a long time to bring it back to where you want it to be and there's different experiences through different Throne Rooms

This will normally happen every time you upgrade your fighters but I know it can be worse than normal depending on what TR you are, what is your TR level now and I might be able to give better advice?

Well in my eyes you have 2 options, follow this link below to learn how to bring your average down to meet a new bracket or with what I would do is upgrade everyone to level 55 and work on the next event and then go from there, it's unfortunate if you're not prepared for the next TR up but at least you can be for next time. I wouldn't start again because either way you most likely want to get to level 100 for sets so eventually you'll have this problem on almost every TR, it just takes a bit of time to get stronger and if somone stays at a lower TR eventually they will fall behind you so take the punishment for now but have a stronger sqaud later. so im at tr 10 with troops 85, my question will it be advisable to jump on to tr11 so that i can start collecting souls and essens. im not planing to upgrade my troops further untill i have collected enought items to compeet in arena.

That would make sense as long as you don't level up your fighters to level 100 and don't equipt any, basically the same as the first rule, but yes once your TR 11 you can start gaining essences before being put in the bracket.

Hey Im at TR11 and 6 fighters Lvl is 100 Im having trouble with Tournaments, where im only able to win 2 battles out off 5, is there something that i can do to increase my chance, i read a lot of Guides about the bracket system but, seems like im missing something any suggestions, my squad power currently is 3 198 453

Unfortunately being a 3.1million at TR 11 is a rough power to be at, it's not a problem because with every set you make you'll be increasing your power in no time, my suggestion will be to focus on making 6-piece fighters over making random 2 pieces on multiple people. The 2 6 pieces I found to work great at the start are the Incinerator and Bane (Doom), try and work towards them and you should start to see an improvement.

Personally I would stay where you are for a little bit longer and just enjoy having a good squad, after every TR upgrade and leveling up your squad the grind just starts all over again, so enjoy what you can for a little bit and then once you hear when the next Rune event might be rumored start upgrading to TR8.

It is certainly down to the player on what they want from the game, If you rush I can't see anyone being able to farm arenas but rushing can be a good thing from TR9 -> TR11 to get those sets quickly.

That's good advice, so many people want to and have rushed to TR11 but I've seen lots of people not playing anymore because they're too weak and I can understand they don't want to grind when they're already well behind.

@@Slayer9009 That's true but you also have to consider the end goal. Is it to create an unbeatable squad, or is it to achieve some land mark like create a 20m squad, or simply just to make it to TR11. I think the biggest reason why people rush is they want the tr9 King and hope it will be the answer their problems. Then they most likely quit not long after. When you rush you completely miss the learning curve and experience. TR6 40/42 bracket is probably the most difficult of all and you can learn so many minor tweaks that make major differences. The logic can be applied at all levels. But a rushed TR11 will find it near impossible to learn, look at the things they post on facebook. Big spenders will be at an advantage and if they are winning they probably don't have the faintest idea why except for the funding. Anyone with experience can look at these squads and easily identify 10 or more issues with their squad that can be vastly improved/fixed.

Yeah there's definitely a learning curve on each Throne Room especially in the lower levels for arenas, that's why I said at the end of the video it definitely depends on what people want to do worth the game, some people might like progressing slowly and testing new things out but I've heard of a lot of people who just want to earn sets as quickly as possible. And you're right I've seen some players much higher than myself but with weird setups that don't make much sense.
