Single mom chronicles...my child had to go to after school care when he was younger and I was fortunate enough that my employer gave me a flexible schedule as long as I put in 8 hrs...in middle school through high school he had soccer...I made it for only the home games...he has been out of state past 4 years for college and just moved back in town after graduation. He spent summers with his cousins and I would pick him up on the weekends. I sometimes feel guilty for the things I missed out on but I thank God he understands and God has made things beautiful in His time. You are doing right by your kids Betty. You gotta do what you gotta do. May God guide you and protect you and your little ones.
