Decisive and Strategic, he has the will to make even the toughest decisions that no one else would have the heart and will to make. Feelings have never clouded his judgement and obstacles are just another Monday morning for him. Cyan : Kind, Gentle, and Morally supportive. The team's source of optimism. Can get things done as quickly as a Soccer Mom preparing another school day for her three kids at five in the morning. A people person and a good motivator, but hides his troubles behind his smile.
