Reading chat, its amazing how many people do not know what entrapment is. 1. Cops are legally allowed to lie to further a investigation. 2. Entrapment is when a cop offers a chance for you to break a law that you normally wouldn't do for personal gain then arresting you for it. Example: Undercover cop comes up to you asks you to get him some weed, offered to give you extra money in return for doing it. Then arrests you for dealing afterwords. These things actually happened hence the law.

That's actually not entrapment either since you could always just say no to selling it. The cops would have to all but force you in order to argue entrapment; like telling you that if you do not commit whatever illegal action you or someone you care about will be harmed. "You can get extra money" is not forcing them.
