후원(後苑) , King's Garden - Back yard of Changdeokgung Palaceat, at the skirt of Bukhansan Mountain

King's Garden( Secrect Graden ) is located on the north side of Changdeokgung Palace , It is the largest court garden in Korea.
King's Garden(Secret Garden) used as resting places for the kings with beautiful trees, ponds, and pavilions that are over 300 years old. As Korea's representative traditional garden , The flowers and trees are on natural terrain, and the buildings were arranged beautifully and harmoniously.
Most of the pavilions were destroyed during the Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592, and the remaining pavilions and palace halls were rebuiilt in 1980'
