I concur. I take a turmeric supplement but I also use fresh turmeric roots in my cooking and I even put it in things like smoothies. It honestly works really well. If I stop it, I definitely feel it. Especially with back pain. That and magnesium I find help chronic pain. Someone I know with rheumatoid arthritis also swears by fasting and keto for her pain. She has significantly reduced the amount of meds she has to take by changing her diet and fasting. I don’t really fast and I don’t adhere to a strict keto diet but I will say that cutting way down on things like carbs and especially sugar has also made a huge difference to any chronic pain I might get. Mine tends to be tension-based pain and from things like working a desk on a computer all day. If I indulge in any sugary foods I definitely feel it over the following few days.

Some hand pain might be a minor nerve impingement in your lower neck and upper back. The pain in your hands could be referred pain from that. You leaning over from doing all the treatments might be contributing to it. had good results from my chiropractor relieving that issue.

my hands suffered from carpal tunnel due to repetitive motion as a checker in a grocery store, so at night when i sleep i used mueller thumb stabilizer...coz before when i don't wear this i suffered a serious tingling and numbness to the point that i couldn't even sleep at night :( so eversince i used this at least my hands doesn't twist and turns at least the numbness is gone and i can sleep peacefully at night. You can try a hand brace stabilizer, maybe your hands are stress and overworked, by wearing this at night it can hold your hand on a neutral position so and it will not pinch the nerve of your wrists. Stay Safe! btw...i love the eyebrows is was Super Fabulous! Great Job!

Using a V shaped hand resistance device 20 reps x 5 daily in increments or at once. This keeps hands and forearm limber and strong. Great for arthritis! Also, 2 steel or stone balls at 1.5 to 2 inches rotated in palm of hand in a circular motion to the right several times and than to the left of each hand gives AMAZING results.

I can see why your hands have become uncomfortable doing such precise work with tools that have small handles. I randomly came across something helpful to me. I did not purchase the yoga gloves designed to extend your fingers and hands in the opposite direction in which they are constantly used, but when I thought about it, I would open my hands and spread my fingers to get the same effect as the gloves. This “exercise” brought me significant relief. I hope this helps!

Arthritis or carpal tunnel from working with your hands so much? Either way, look into physical therapy exercises - you can watch videos here or see a PT to get them worked on professionally. Heated gloves help the aching, I put paraffin on my hands, plastic over, then the heated gloves till they cool to room temperature. It helps a lot!
