The mix of live and POV commentary sounds like a good idea. Whether its intentional or not Ive noticed youve been more negative esp when ur team arent doing well. So swapping to POV when stuff isnt going well will keep things entertaining without the tilt

I won't lie, the timer marker system has been weird for a year and maybe longer at least for me. Camps show up as yellow meaning they spawn relatively soon but than there marker disappears and it's still 5-10 seconds before they are even spawning.
