I am retired and didn't work in HVAC. Just amazed at some of the locations you must visit. You have the patience of Job in the Bible. You would think customers would have the courtesy to turn off or turn the sound down. Especially when they are trying to explain what the issue is they are having. Always enjoy your videos!

He's probably hard of hearing and doesn't realize how loud his TV is. I had a supervisor at work like that, you'd call him on his cell phone, and I couldn't hear him over his TV at home or in his vehicle, the radio volume was blasting - to him with his declining hearing it was a normal volume. Listen to this gent talk, he's also loud.

Stock up and get some rest cause you guys are gonna get hammered next week. Temps in the teens and this one may stay a while. Keep up the good work. :)

@@HVACGUY Just a heads up. I just checked my forecast. I'm in Ottawa, Ontario. Canada. According to the weather report, starting on Sunday our temperatures are suppose to drop due to the next polar vortex -22 range. Their North American map shows Georgia seeing -7 and they commented on Georgia is going to be dealing with a lot frozen pipes etc. This temp plunge is suppose to last a week, and will be followed by the South's second snow storm of the season. Hopefully it won't be as bad as they say, but I expect the store shelves will get emptied out, so you may want to prepare.
