The anti-rock is nice , there are 4 or 5 different settings on it to either give you that body roll you mentioned or you can stiffen it up if you prefer more stable feeling , they are not the cheapest but work well

I’ve been using a cheap rough country one for 3 years an no issues so I don’t think you can go wrong buying that or a better more expensive one
